im not too bad at it man, i could give it a go. is it blowing because it doesnt match the ports or maybe the manigold is not 100% flush with the head?

Go to shuk, and invest the money in the right gasket with flame rings. I have used a die grinder in the past but it tends to leave shards on the edges, and it comes out a bit average.

I think it blew because the tops of my zhorst ports have been made curved. The gasses will have come up and hit the gasket, and cause the other material to be forced out. On the two end ports, you can see the metal where the gas has blown away the other material where it was in the flow path.
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............

I use a dremel die grinder with teardrop tip, and im fucking good too.
