Anyone have any tips on removing the diff head? I have removed both axels and have undone all the bolts I can find that connect the diff head to the diff but still no go? Am i missing something or do I need to find a bigger smacking stick? :deadhorse:

double check you have got all the bolts just to be sure, as i always miss a bolt somewhere. i would say its been removed before and someones overused rtv when reassembling it. you may just need a little force to loosen it, or carefully use a small screw driver and hammer between the head and housing just to brake the seal. be careful not to damage either of them though
