A12 Engine

Hey guys, Need to know from which model this engine come from? If it's from 1200 coupe GX5 (KB110) should it be with a 5speed gearbox? But this is only 4 speed. And can somebody tell what is the spec of this engine. Like the HP, is it a better engine from the A12 single carb.

A12 twin carb.

looks to be a mid dizzy a12, probly from a 120y or sunny 310.
1200 coupe gx5 a12s will have the front mounted dizzy.

It might have a GX head though. Unfortunately you wont be able to tell without removing the rocker cover.

But the guy told me it's from a KB110 body. Maybe the Japanese has change the gearbox. What they called it Dogleg close ratios.

it will say "nissan Japan" under the rocker cover. There will be no "H" number. (IE H72, H75, H89 etc)

As far as I know B110s A12 motors never came with mid mounted distributors.

That is why I'm asking you guys? I have no idea and less knowledge on this Datsun engine. I need to have as much input B 4 I buy this engine.
