For the front, you should be fine with good aftermarket springs, or possibly compressed springs. Cut springs will probably cause your struts to bottom out. Hillman Avenger springs are supposed to work well also, after slight modification.
For the rear, cutties will be okay if you don't wanna spend any money on them.
But you'll need to shorten your shocks (front and rear) to keep your springs captive.
My B310 sat just under 100mm on 15's, but I shortened my front struts and fitted completely different shocks (which I also shortened).

I Just run captive Cut springs in my B310, Front shocks are new Munroe(?) gas, rear new KYBs From a friends lowered DX corolla. I have an aftermarket 22mm swaybar and new Urethane bushes up front and my car rides very well, never bottoms out or bounces around
