bit of an update....

-rear xmember has had original rear arm mounting brackets cut off, some prep needed before welding in my adjustable xmember bracket kit

-r200 clutch pack lsd centre has arrived, waiting for installation into either 3.9 or 4.1 r200 longnose open diff

-filled holes in r31 rear caliper brackets (thanks shane for the use of your mig )



-drilled holes in r31 caliper brackets to suit 1600 rear arm



-removed bog on rhr guard from 8year old patch repair(before i bought it), patch has been welded over rusty orignal guard, so patch and original rusty steel will be removed later, ill fabricate a new patch for a better quality finish

haha, i have been working on the 1600 a bit lately, have more progress to post when its completed!
yeh the CLSD is from an r200 longnose diffhead.

ALSO:
-new 195/50/15 tyres are waiting for fitment, wheels require cleaning and polishing first(thanks brock for helping with tyre choice and size, and the overall deal!)

-front struts will be fitted soon and measured up to find out how much to shorten them.
-r200 diff will be fitted and moustache bar made when rear xmember is finished.

aiming to have the 1600 on wheels with suspension fitted, and sr and box fitted by christmas
