hey guys. iv got my eyes on a set of rims that mag and tyre direct are selling thru trademe. JBW minis. they have them in 15x7 0 offset ( which is the same as wat the konig rewinds were) or 15x8 -8 offset. im thinking of just going with the 15x7's since it worked well with the konig's. im just wondering if anyone has heard anything bad about them or just your personal opinions

Those 8's will sit 8mm further out (offset) plus another 12.5mm (1/2 inch of the extra 1 inch widness) which means 20mm further out in total - so you could fit those to the rear - might need a small amount of massage work.

Fronts id stick with what you had as they filled the guards nicely - see if they will split two sets for stagger fitment

My 2c worth - glad you got it back though dude.

The rust repairs have finally begun. It will be a long, slow battle but all good things take time. Ended up taking my drivers door into work since it was a quiet week. Replaced both bottom corners, inner and outer layers. Came out pretty good being my first time cutting out rust and welding in patches. A lot of thanks to the panel beater, ex-full time rust cutter, at work that was helping me out. Also re-shaped the hole for my lock to fit in a solex one since the thieves busted the original

got myself an alloy radiator made up as my old radiator was ruined and practically fell apart as soon as i took it out. its pretty much the same size as the original one but with a slightly thicker core and a little bit longer. was able to use an electric fan from work that was just lying around waiting to be thrown out. it just had a small crack which was an easy fix
