Slowly getting motivated again for another splurge on the coupe.
Done some more wiring & have done the sound deadening for the boot area.
Thanks to Nick_M I have some water cut profiles done for my ECU & radiator fan
mounts.
I just spent an hour cleaning up & drilling the radiator mount plates, and they
worked sweet! pretty stoked with how my design turned out. I have had to go pusher
fan due to lack of space for fan due to the crank sensor setup etc. she is tight but
enough clearance I believe

Did a little bit this morning...
Made up my panhard rod at last, as found that some surplus pipe frame off my boys gokart roll over bar was perfect size.
I just had to die grind about 0.5mm of the internal diameter. the end pieces are tight as in the pipe, just need to do a weld around each end and get some paint on it, and get correct sized fixing bolts.

So the last real expensive piece in the puzzle for getting my engine up & running is on order....
After quite a bit of research, I have gone with an under body surge tank setup, with a sweet submerged Bosch 044 pump billet tank; for a few reasons:
1) in car surge tanks are fumey, and hassle to plumb up, and a nightmare if any fuel leaks
2) in car surge tanks in a coupe with no rear fire wall will be a compliance issue I imagine
3) in car surge tank would be noisey rattling away behind the kids seat
4) There is no space in the boot, it is bad enough putting a battery box back there!
5) under body pump, is easy to plumb in, and easier to prime etc
6) The setup is very compact, and will fit under body under rear seat, and not foul with anything.
7) ease of plumbing into the feed/recycle pipe lines
Submerged pumps are very quiet & safe, and should not leak
9) The look sweet!

Yeah a little pricey Luke - but it is a seriously cool piece of kit.
and really I have no other real alternatives that will suit my application, I have tried designing a few other setups,
and they simply won't work / fit in - or will be a nightmare to plumb up.
Have looked at buying one for months, but keep chickening out outlaying the $. But I must move forward!

did u use your standard fuel line as the return line? im planning to but unsure if it will cope?

no I hand made my own larger hard lines for feed & return .
although I believe factory line will be fine for return I would think, as does not run under pressure, just flow from your FPR.
