Maybe.
BUt since yours is front drum atm, at the very least you will need to remove the wee valve plunger thingee from underneath the big nut on the underside of your existing MC where the line comes out for the front brake circuit.
Discs on late model 620's is a breeze.
Just swap the top ball joint for a D21 navara one, and then navara hubs and stubs bolt straight on. Brakes and all. (Or so I'm told)

Re: 620 ute and n10 Pulsar
Hey, nice 620. yes you do need to change master cylinder an easy upgrade is a 720 master and booster. just needs a few carefull whacks to the inner guard to give a bit more clearance for the booster and I think the mount needs adjustment/modifiying. good upgrade tho. I tried a navara D21 setup but the booster is far to big in diameter. another possible bolt in could be a 180b setup?
Re: 620 ute and n10 Pulsar
Hey.
Thank you, cheers for the information, Thats good to know.
So I got some work done on the ute despite being side tracked with my friends manual conversion in her Skyline.
I have changed my camshaft, made a custom oil pickup to fit in my customised sump, reassembled my engine with new gaskets and made up a new bracket to hold my gas tank (the old one was rusted in half). Engine is sitting back in chassis with a new clutch and 5 speed bolted to it.
Next step will be getting a driveshaft made up to suit the a15 gearbox. Then put the cab back on and start putting the jigsaw back together.
Will get some photos up when I find the cable for the camera.

I still cant find my cable for the camera...
But here are a couple of pics from my phone of my Dads '81 sunny project race car..
It was my brothers first car about 7 years ago, until he crashed it into the back of a brand new BMW. Insurance wrote it off and with the chassis twisted it wasnt worth trying to put back on the road. So my dad decided he was going to build himself a race car.
He was originally going to run the A15 and standard running gear... That was untill I crashed my 300zx down a bank and wrote that off. As you can see we are putting the VG30de and 300zx running gear in.

I love it!
part of me would love to have a KB310 dragging on the ground with huge flares and really wide steeelies. (But the rest of me knows I already own too many cars..............)

Bit of progress with the cars today. I finshed assembling my engine, with a new Exedy clutch. Cleaned and painted my gas tank. Pained my gearbox. Made a new fuel line.
We also got Fergies engine sitting in his car (that was really heavy with no engine crane)..
Still no cable for the camera but crap photos are better than no photos.

Looking good, the irony doesn't escape me, repower the Sunny with a 300 motor, then repower the truck with a Sunny motor.
I'm with Bart, I have a soft sport for 310 Coupes.
Datsuns from A to Zed
Re: 620 ute and n10 Pulsar
Haha, all I have to do now is repower my 300zx with the j15 from the ute..
But na we thought the VG30 would be better for the Sunny, because race car. And I couldnt let that perfictly good A15 go to waste, so it will become my daily drive.
Cheers

Re: 620 ute and n10 Pulsar
Lifted the cab back on during the weekend and started putting things back together..
Im pretty happy with the gear stick position. I thought it might be too far back for me to still be able to have the bench seat, but its almost too far forward.
Next on the list will be making a custom mount for the clutch pedal and getting the drive shaft modified.
If anyone has some cab mounts in good condition, I would be keen to buy them as mine are quite perished.
